Here's what a regular Saturday looks like in my house. Don't be all judgeymickjudgerstein. It's just impossible to keep things picked up when you have two rugrats running all over the house all day-um day long. The week days look a bit better since everyone is at work, daycare and school... except for when we are home, then it looks like this again. :) Trust me when I say, if you came to my house... I can hide this shit very well and make it all look Martha Stewart-ish. Just don't drop by unannounced.
Now to clarify, this is all pretty easy clean up and didn't take me long to pick up, once I actually got the motivation to. The desk, however, is a perpetual mess and almost always looks like this. I just can't deal!!! The other trouble area is the basement. I also didn't show you the upper floor, which isn't too bad except for my closet (big BIG problem in there).
